Goodwe launches repayment program for European installers

Goodwe launched a bonus promotion for installers in Europe on April 1st. According to the company, installers can secure an €80 rebate per battery module when purchasing battery storage systems from the recently introduced “ESA” series. The promotion is limited to ESA battery modules purchased and registered by the end of June, Goodwe announced on Thursday.

Members of the European installer community “GoodWe PLUS+” who make their purchases through authorized distributors are eligible to participate. The GW5.1-BAT-D-G20 and GW8.3-BAT-D-G20 battery storage systems are included in the promotion.

Installers can also register for the program when applying for cashback. The Chinese company added that it also offers extended warranties, free technical training, and loyalty rewards. Once Goodwe has confirmed the installers’ eligibility, they can redeem the money themselves via a virtual reloadable Mastercard.

Goodwe’s all-in-one energy storage systems have received the world’s first certification for exceptionally quiet operation, according to the company. The residential storage systems achieve a maximum noise level of 30 dB during operation. This is thanks to a low-noise fan with real-time adjustment to operating conditions, specifically developed for the series. Users can also activate an especially quiet operating mode.

The “ESA” series for residential buildings combines inverters with storage systems and an energy management system. The solution also features the six-level safety architecture that Goodwe utilizes for its storage systems, from the cell to the system level. This includes battery management, thermal monitoring, fire protection, and electrical protection mechanisms such as Type I+II surge protection (SPD).

In case of emergency, integrated pressure relief systems and aerosol-based fire suppression solutions provide additional safety, Goodwe adds. Installation can be completed in less than ten minutes, according to the company.
