Brazil’s UCB Power presents residential ‘all-in-one’, commercial battery products
Brazilian energy storage manufacturer UCB Power has launched new products for residential and commercial and industrial (C&I) clients – as well as users requiring off-grid solutions – at Intersolar South America 2025.
Booth 80, in Blue Pavilion 1, saw the reveal of the UniPower Slim, a compact battery from the new UniPower brand for UCB Power’s stationary batteries. The Slim integrates inverter and battery.
Designed to optimize small spaces, and boasting plug-and-play installation, the Slim features high energy density and intelligent monitoring and promises autonomy, safety, and savings.
UCB’s UBESS line is pitched at C&I clients and the UBESS 215 offers 215 kWh per unit in scalable architecture which enables electricity arbitrage, increased power quality, and reductions in peak electricity consumption.
The UBESS 215 features different operating modes, simplified installation, advanced liquid cooling, and a fire suppression system, ensuring efficiency and a long service life. It’s manufacturer said it is deal for companies seeking energy efficiency, savings, and alignment with a sustainable energy transition.
“Intersolar 2025 is a global showcase and we will once again be present to showcase our technological solutions and highly competitive products, reinforcing our position as the largest Brazilian manufacturer of energy storage solutions,” said Leonardo Lins do Carmo, director of marketing, business development, and storage solutions at UCB Power. “Our commitment goes beyond the market: it’s to a decentralized, affordable, and sustainable energy transition.”
The UCB Power booth will be divided into four themed areas, highlighting products, solutions and experiences and features will include:
- the all-in-one space: a real-life simulation of a home equipped with a Unipower Slim system, showcasing the benefits of backup power housed in innovative design;
- an immersive area dedicated to a segment in which UCB Power is a pioneer and a national reference point, reinforcing the company’s leadership in solutions for remote regions and culminating in a symbolic gift from the forest, representing the real impact renewable energy provides;
- and the UCB Cast, broadcast live from the booth for the first time and featuring conversations with customers and partners about the future of the energy transition.
