Gerchamp to Debut All-in-One C&I energy storage and Utility-Scale BMS Solutions at Intersolar Europe 2025

Gerchamp, a specialist in Battery Management Systems (BMS) and integrated energy storage solutions, will unveil two next-generation solutions at Intersolar Europe & ees Europe 2025: the GHV3S integrated module for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, and the G-BS high-voltage BMS for utility-scale systems.

From May 7-9, Gerchamp will showcase these innovations at Booth C2.574.

The GHV3S redefines system integration by combining BMS, PCS, EMS, and a High-Voltage Box into a single compact unit. This pre-engineered solution simplifies installation, reduces space and cabling requirements, and lowers total system cost—making it ideal for modern C&I energy storage systems.

The GHV3S delivers a voltage range of 650–900V DC, input current up to 70A, and 98% conversion efficiency. Rated at 100 kW, it supports C&I energy storage cabinets ranging from 215 kWh to 261 kWh. Its modular design allows for parallel expansion of up to 8 units, scaling systems up to 2.1 MWh. Supporting both on-grid and off-grid operation, GHV3S enables fast deployment and stable performance across various commercial energy scenarios.

The system’s integrated architecture ensures seamless coordination among BMS, PCS, and EMS, optimizing energy flow and supporting intelligent, real-time decision-making. By reducing cabling, improving fault response, and simplifying maintenance, GHV3S delivers long-term reliability with reduced lifecycle costs.

Also on display is the G-BS system, a robust high-voltage BMS engineered for utility-scale energy storage projects up to 1500V. With proven performance in extreme conditions such as desert oilfields and high-altitude grid installations, G-BS operates reliably at elevations of up to 4,500 meters. The system features advanced monitoring, fault isolation, and multi-level communication redundancy to ensure safety and uptime in demanding environments.
