ACME Solar commissions first phase of 2 GWh battery portfolio in India
ACME Solar Holdings has commissioned 142.67 MW/481.49 MWh of battery energy storage in the Indian state of Rajasthan through its subsidiaries. The installation represents Phase 1 of its planned 585 MW/2,011.24 MWh BESS deployment under these special purpose vehicles.

Hybrid gas-turbine and thermal ESS goes online in Czech Republic
In the village of Vraňany, in the district of Mělnik a hybrid energy storage system has been put online with gas turbines from aircraft engines with a total output of 32,4 MW and a thermal battery storage system from Energy Nest with an output of 20 MW and a capacity of 22 MWh.
50MW/100MWh Sodium-ion ESS goes online in China with string PCS MV stations
In the Hubei province in China, 50MW/100MWh is just the first phase of the sodium-ion battery energy storage system (BESS) project spearheaded by Sineng Electric. The project should eventually have a storage capacity of 100MW/200MWh. The initial capacity has already been connected to the grid and begun operations, able to supply power to around 12,000 households for a whole day.
