Nyerges & Partners Advises Windin’ Capital Fund on its Investment in a Hybrid Photovoltaic and Storage Project in Romania

Nyerges & Partners has advised Windin’ Capital Fund on the acquisition of a 50% stake in a hybrid renewable energy project located in Sebeș, Alba County, comprising a 67 MW photovoltaic plant and a 180 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS). When completed, this investment will represent for Windin’ Capital Fund a strategic foothold on the local energy market.

Windin’ Capital Fund will acquire a 50% shareholding in the vehicle developing the Project, through a combination of purchase of shares and injection of Mezzanine and equity capital.

Nyerges & Partners provided full-fledge legal support across all key phases of the project.
