Green Flexibility commissions grid-neutral battery storage project in Germany
The 15 MW/33 MWh storage facility in Immenstadt is the largest of its kind in Bavaria. 'Grid-neutral' operation of the battery has been agreed with the network operator Allgäu Netz to avoid placing additional strain on the regional electricity distribution system.

Green Flexibility to develop 80 MWh battery for experimental German grid project
Grid companies LEW Verteilnetz and Bayernwerk have launched a pilot project to feed renewable energy into the electricity network in a more grid-friendly manner. One of the energy storage sites to be used in the project will come from Green Flexibility.
